- BU: Courtney and Katie already have accounts, but they should be set up as below - particularly the nickname and department. They are admins, so the settings might be different.
- BU: Charlotte and Marilou will not be doing chat. Add them if there is utility in doing so.
- LHU - Add users once directors tell us who. Edit any existing users who already have accounts so they have the right settings for chat.
- MU - Add any staff that SD identifies as monitoring chat

Existing site cleanup
You need to remove the existing BU and LHU libanswers once on the new system. Ideas:
- Change the old libanswers pages to only have phone number and a link to the new libanswers site. Do this for all FAQ groups
- Check websites for links, email address, etc and update
- Ask Sprinshare if they can put in a redirect for the libanswers urls
- If you want stats or copies of anything, download and save - probably important to save Ref Analytics data at a minimum
