Student Employment at Andruss Library

If you're interested in working for the library as a student employee, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to JobX and click on the Student Employees link.

2. Select "Find a Job" to access on-campus and community-based student employment options.

3. Once selected for hire, ALL required paperwork is located on the students dashboard in JobX. Completion of all new-hire paperwork and a criminal background check is mandatory. Detailed instructions will follow upon successful selection.

The library also accepts online applications as well as paper applications.

Once an opening occurs in the library, the supervisor in charge will review the applications on file and will contact students for an interview.  If a position does have specific requirements, only those students who fit those requirements will be contacted.

Each unit in the library is responsible for hiring its own student workers, so it's possible you might hear from more than one person in the library.  Positions are available most frequently at the start of each semester, but on occasion an opening occurs during the semester or over the summer.
