The Showcase of Student Scholarship began in Spring 2011 at Mansfield University under the name "Student Research and Scholarship Day". This celebration of Mansfield's student's work continued through 2024. Beginning in 2025, the Showcase of Student Scholarship included students from all Commonwealth University of PA campuses.
