Commonwealth University (CU) Libraries staff, faculty, and managers must follow U. S. Copyright Law when asked to copy any library material, print or electronic. 

As a library patron, it is your responsibility to follow U. S. Copyright Law when making your own copies of library materials, print or electronic.

Remember -- Copyright infringement may lead to civil and criminal penalties.  Any CU students or personnel found guilty of copyright infringement in a court of law may be suspended from the University.
