WRIT 101 and 103: Foundations in Composition Writing

Try searching for the title of the film and either “movie review” or “film review”

If you don’t find anything, move to the next step

Step 2: JSTOR searching

Try the same tactic as Search Everything - search for the title of the film and either “movie review” or “film review”

Use the advanced search and click on “reviews”

Step 3: Searching Via Specific Databases

Try searching in one of these databases.

Step 4: Searching Via Specific Publications

Head to the “Journals A-Z” tab on the search bar of the Libraries’ website. Type in a newspaper or magazine where you know there are movie reviews to see what access we have. Try searching for publications like the Hollywood Reporter or LA Times
